In ireland, in britain, we're very much told to kind of not accept compliments. This is how we've been trained to react in social situations. If some gives you a compliment, don't take it. Shoot it down and self deprecate. But that's grand. But it overtime that results in an internal dialogue of self deprecation that can result in sadness. So how do you falkan dyou look at it?
