It's important to be consistent in the calls you're reviewing. And I know our SDR team at Pretty People Revenue, both in Vancouver and Mexico or Canada and Mexico are all doing call coaching. So one of the best practices we have where we just see amazing results with our customers is let's say we start working with a tech sales team and they say, hey, we just want to move our deals through stages quicker. We seem to get ghosted after discovery. Never heard that before. No, that's so far. It's been a great job by sin test.
