How Do You Know When It's the Right Time?
Trial and error is the we had an experimentation culture in our team where we like anybody who had an idea could just try to run with it. And then when we saw that was actually helping, I think we saw an 18% of my memory serves me, 18% uplift from people creating another type form after they received a generic email. So that was our flow. It's more based on their behavior, what's the right time and crit. Yeah. To your point, sooner is not always better. But really thinking through like their qualitative experience is so important as well.
