How Do You Start a Mindful Sex Practice?
The idea of tuning in is actually really scary and might be overwhelming. So i want to just my offering as little chunks of time, this might be 30 seconds a day, to get you started on your mindfulness practice. And it's first which you spoke to beautifully, paying attention to the symptoms, because this is your body trying to talk to you. First the body like taps, and then it kind of knocks,. Then it will push you over. We're going to learn how tolike, listen to these symptoms while it's just tapping and being gentle. What is the awareness? What is the sensation? That's the best place at least in my opinion to start.
