"We have so much heart for social media and are definitely protectors of a social first strategy," says United CEO Oscar Munoz. "So we did that on Twitter, we had, you know, specific social anthems that we built for something like Instagram Reels", he adds. The campaign launches with the 60 second anthem: "This is the story of an airline."
