I did an entire show on the topic of simplicity, and purely because there's just some extraordinary insights that are coming through. But when you think about brands like Google, or even brands like Apple, at the other end of the technology scale, so could be too complicated. Actually, they're very simple to engage with. So I think there's huge value. We want to create trust, member trust in the program. Yeah. If we communicate in a transparent way, what are the terms, conditions, the rules of the program, then the member would create trust with us,. And then we would create loyalty at the long at the long run or time.
