We always have eggs. Tim can't have a ton of beef very often with what he's got going on with gout. He's trying to limit it a little bit so we don't have maybe as much. Shrimp is a great one. It's super low calorie, very high protein. Those are the main things. I mean, we have other things to have that have protein in it. Maybe not as much protein.
