How Do You Train for a Half Marathon?
i almost forgot how difficult monostructural work ots are toll, you know, just doing one modality and sticking with that for a training session. So i was so used to high variability in my workouts. It like i riht were in a squat where going to do a wall ball, wer gin to do box jumpsand then some type of arm movement. But the monstructural work is difficult, both physically and both mentally. And it's harrd especially when your body isn't used to it.
