The Vulnerability of Consumers in a Volatile World
I think every generation has been impacted by climate change and polarization but this generation has the digital capacity to connect to others in a way that we never had growing up so their world is bigger and they can see more into it. The vulnerability especially in the LGBTQ plus community you know in the United States in particular there's a call for trans genocide There are laws happening in which books and critical thinking skills are being banned in institutions. So I think it's at an apex of concern and I would say that the vulnerability and the safety and security that I saw in the brand trust results I wholeheartedly concur.
