How do you know and how do you deal this when there are some days where you should actually skip it? I'm guessing right when you're really actually super tired. How do you balance the difference then in your racing of doing a lower intensity, do actually recovery and just waiting for the next intense workouts or doing a complete rest day? Yeah, that's a good question. It takes a really long time as an athlete to be the kind of athlete that knows before you start the workout whether it's worth trying to attempt it or not.
