i admire somebody who manages to capture important things about the world. Popularism and polorization have always existed. And post truth also existed. We called it propaganda, and it even had ministers. So this is not propaganda. This is propaganda for the 20 first century that has all the tools af the technologies and social media. The three peas have different consequences and offer different possibilities to their users. I was being struck by inyou thinking somewhen id reflected on as well.

Moisés Naím is a Distinguished Fellow at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and a member of the Persuasion board of advisors. He has served as Minister of Trade and Industry for Venezuela, Executive Director of the World Bank, and editor-in-chief of Foreign Policy magazine. His latest book is The Revenge of Power.
