A study done through Stanford University measuring seven different fitness trackers and they found that the readings were up to 43% off from actual calorie burn during exercise. There's so many metrics that go into how many calories you're burning that there's not a tracker that can do it correctly. A lot of people on the apple watch especially because it gives you a ring right it says fill this ring up and burn does it say burn this many calories is that what apple watch does? I don't know but for me personally that helps me get up and go for a walk. It makes a huge difference as we were talking about those small things that just prime your subconscious to live a certain way like greens
