I think the exciting thing is that there are great opportunities. We have some great opportunities in the portfolio we ordered on today. And we have started, you know, this acquisition path and made some acquisitions. So once again, as I said, initially, I think the starting point is much stronger and better than when I started law grants in 2007. It's really interesting to compare the two because it's so high for Babin and Babin, but the even margin is so low relative to where the others stand.
