i do this through surveys and qualitative market research. Then you get to strategy, which broadly means, what are we trying to accomplish? And so i think that once i get into tactics, which will be the next level, you start to see the split and the divide between these two things,. Which i think most marketers confuse. It is we want buyers to be fully educated about our solution, so that they mto us ready to buy. Because it perfectly allines with how b to b buyers want to buy.
