How Portillo's Speaks to Gen Z
A lot of our Gen Z guests have been coming to us their whole lives because their parents or maybe even their grandparents came to Portillo's, right? So we tap into a lot of nostalgic elements as well. We've been selling Chicago style hot dogs for 60 years and think we're the best at it. Italian beef sandwiches, it's not that far away, right? It's 50 something years as well. And so we will always reach down to the next generation, the next generation.
