This week we look at journalling and it's importance on maintaining a healthy conversation and relationship with yourself. It can be a great tool to help us work through all the racing thoughts, but sticking with it can be tough.

Alongside some general tips around journalling, Jack and Kat read through some of their old journal entries from before the penny dropped around ADHD. It's a pretty vulnerable ep!
