The Effect of Volume on Frequency on Hypertrophy
I think everyone would probably agree that if you can increase the weekly volume then that's going to have positive effects on hypertrophy, right? Yeah, up to a point at first. But it is true that some of my advanced clients they train each body about once a day even so it's a daily at each body part every day. You don't want to increase the frequency and the volume in the same proportion because then you will greatly overdo it on the volume. So I think that's actually that's why the literature understates the benefits of higher training frequencies.
