The Importance of Setting Boundaries for Yourself
I think any coach should be honored and privileged to answer their members question with the member says to them, why are we squatting today? I love that so much. It's not a shot at you, coach. It's a legitimate question of a member trying to understand the principle of the methodology you're choosing the movements. Why do I need to be able to squat twice my body weight? If that's what I was pursuing, which at one point in the gym, I was belt lifters, knee sleeves, the works. Why is that important? And the coach should be able to answer it.
