Check in with yourself. Can you feel the breath going into your belly? Can you feel tingling in your hands? And maybe even make notes like if you can you do that 10 times a day, 20 times a day,. 50 times a day where you just check in and see if you can break your record if you like games. I used to be like, this guy is such an idiot. Why are you focusing on your breath and your tingles? What kind of world do you live in unicorn and fairies? I've honestly inside.
