The Neurological Basis of Baseball Pitching
There were lots of experiments done like that back in the 50s and 60s. They quit doing them because they kept finding the same results. The most specific we can get is playing a game. Is there room as a coach to break it down into parts? Do other stuff other than talking about part versus whole? If I'm teaching hitting, is there a reason to go over just the approach? Go over the arm swing on a box, etc.
