The 10 Out of 10 Club
We're trying to make this thing called the 10 out of 10 club. We think that there are a lot of people who are very athletic and many of us who are health and fitness enthusiasts have real blind spots. And my guess is, you know, even the most athletic amongst us will not be. Who, here's an example for everyone who's training in this world. If you put down the WAP bike or the assault bike next to a rowing machine, everyone is going to always choose the assault bike 100% of the time because it is easier requires less range of motion,. I feel like I would choose the rowing machine. Well, you're psychopath.
