The Importance of Rest in Yoga
Yoga teaches us what our body is actually capable of. I would go to school and come home and do an hour of yoga. It's how I survived, you know, how I like through those years. And so when I got into psychology, like that was in my body already. We can create these templates for relaxation and relationship with body but also discover what our nervous system is number one doing, but also capable of.
