How Do You Work With the Gaffers?
"I do a lot of prep. And when we make up lighting plans, and i often will specify exactly what lamps i want," he says. "But by the time we come to riga set, it's all very, all drawn out, really, mostly." He has only worked with two or three gaffers in the U.S., but they have been great. 'i like the feeling of provoking accidents,' he adds.
