Is Pain a Good Guide for Running Injuries?
If you're limping, it's too severe. You shouldn't be running. If you find yourself doing things differently to protect your injury, i would say your injury is probably a little betty too severe for you to run at that speed or run at that duration. But we should still be confident on that injury, if that makes sense. I'll definitely use pain as a guide. And so yet, i like to say anywhere below a four out of ten pain is acceptable.
