Sleep Is Like a Flip of a Switch and It Helps You Sleep Better

One of the things that you can do to help increase your REM sleep also having that cut off on caffeine or stimulants later in the afternoon will greatly greatly help some other things. Your body temperature is a big one and we're gonna get to the small ones as well but it's important for people to keep an eye out if they are not getting enough sleep. We'll talk about all those metrics including how many calories, what kind of restful time was spent asleep during the night and even just going to bed earlier at night.
