How to Be a Better Listener

The first thing that I do every morning is to take note of how I'veoken up and observe what's in my body. And it's also something I do for the patterns that I recognise in my life. So if you don't manage your mind, your brain's still changing so then the mess continues. It's not a new technique or a new anything. It's basically helping you as an adult or as a child drive how you want things to go in the right direction. We are literally at our most vulnerable and literally white people,. that's where a lot of people do their morning practices at that point.
