The Negative Effects of Low Commitment Consultation

Ryan: I was chatting to one of our clients earlier today and they were explaining how they had taken on a number of Low commitment consultations or feasibility studies. They weren't sure if all of them were actually a fit to do the larger project. And what was really interesting was the mental anxiety that all those tiny little projects were causing, he says. Ryan: There's some psychology here that's making it difficult to say no to products that aren't a fit. We'd be like Scrooge McDuck taking baths in the bathtub full of gold coins over this recession.
