I think the people round me have matured. I think i have more on the line to day than i ever have. A being in a pissy mood's not going to get anybody anywhere. Do a lot of coaching. We spend a lot of time coaching people and sitting people down and talking about performance. And i think that sends a serious message that this isn't just a we're not, we're not just going yell at you andand throw some at you. Were goin to take th time or sit down, tell you what's going on.
