I've had one injury since i've been doing kettle bolts, and it wasn't even related. I got a third degree sprain of my ankle. It would have been just a whole lot better off if i'd just snapped it completely. We're taught to lakn all sit out on the injuuuses in our household. There's no such thing as being hurt or naughtier than when tat wan get hurt. And those tomes are what we're taught from the scene - there's nothing wrong with that. If you don't like your body then change how you do things. That could havme again, but  that's how it is
