The Foresee Model of Mental Toughness

The opposite of mental toughness isn't mental weakness, its mental sensitivity. The forsees model developed out of an applied psychology project looking at why people dropped the ball when they played rugby. It became apparent to us that there was something deeper going on. Ther's the schools, ths, the knowledge, the attitude. St resilience, as i say, is about coping. And coaches quite like it they like resilient players. But then a, it needs more than that. Ha, ness had a number of strengths. In business, i rarely did confidence. Idid control commitment and challenge. I believe it came from hidiness and research on hidness and intoeus.
