Is Your Research Differentiation Overrated?
According to your research differentiation doesn't matter. Most, most of the great multi billion dollar brands of this world don't have very much differentiation from their rivals. Distinctiveness is branding. Differentiation is about things that actually give some benefit to consumers. And you can have pain protection for a little while, but that's it. The ends are allowed to copy differentiation.
