I'm a forty three old male, about six, 176 pounds. I've been training since i was 15 years old. My weight has sort of plateaed, like i'm right around once 76, give or take half a poundon either side. So my first question is how maluable is nutrition? You guys talk about in a reverse diet, and i guess i'm sort of doing that now. How maleable is it?
