Yag: My family was almost religious about our fishand we always bought it fresh from a fish store. Yo ande afa is developed, yes, she's mazing, and she's great at building flavors. She did a stew called mocaca, which comes from bahia, a state in brazil that has tons of fresh sea food on its coast. But i made it with supermarket fish, and it was so phenomenal.
