The Head Ramp

The head ramp is the very simple exercise of sliding your head back away from what you're looking at and lifting the top of it up towards the ceiling. Without raising your chin, I think a lot of times when your head's down and forward, you think, oh, I'll bring my head up. But now you've added a second bend in the neck. And so more than just lift your chin to bring your head up, I'm asking you to bring your whole noggin back to the wall behind you and up towards the ceilings.
