How to Make Healthy Desserts

I like to keep a small container of orange juice, which I don't drink, but I use it for this purpose. When we really want a dessert, and it's not very, it's not every night at all, I would put about a cup of frozen blueberries and about a cups of sweet cherries into that. And then a third cup of maple syrup and some lemon juice and just blended up into this great purple moose deliciousness. You can top it with last berries or mango or anything at all. It's great.
