How the Human Body Responds to Threat, Right?
The body reacts in responds to threat in very simplistic ways, right? Your lower brain, your primal brain, your reptilian brain, you know, s there protect you. And it's without thought or reason or perspective. It's just pure animal behavior, its survival strategy. The best thing that we can do facing threat of any kind, is to freeze first, become still and quiet and hide and get as small as possible. That conserves energy and increases the likelihood of survival.
