We teach it a simple prospect process for dealing with what we call reflex responses, brush offs and objections. The hardest ask in sales, the hardest clothes in sails, is getting some one's time. And people are crazy busy. So this makes the prospecting call doubly hard. We teach a three step prospect i that basically i uses an anchor. All the anchor is is te statement that you say that as soon as some one tells you, know, you feel rejected, gives you a moment to collect your thoughts.
