Fear and anxiety are things that will benefit you in the long run. Usually discomfort, in this context, leads to grow. Being willing to go to those areas where your weak is really the core of growing from discomfort. You put yourself into a bad situation or a difficult situation now, and the growth that you encounter is going to stay with you forever. It gives you such more of an intimate understanding of that technique. But being able to concede bad pos s and letting the positions get pretty bad is going to help you build up your defences d before you take the fight.
