Are You Hiring Too Many People?

i've walked into offices where peoplel have 20, no, there'll be 20 people doing two million dollars or four million dollars in revenue. This is too many people inside your office to be working out a four million dollar a year brand. You're just not involved in the numbers when you grow these businesses. If i ask hay, what is your cack last month? And you don't know that if you're doing hunder forty million dollars a year,  that's crazy. I sit on the board of a company called broom, which makes like, a, like, you know, drink where a think like, and can coolers for slim cans. The they had
