Sleep definitely gets affected by the types of food. People don't even know that they're eating, affects their sleep unless it's obvious. I always try and make it a goal to get done with my eating as early as possible. Six, seven o'clock because I'm going to be up till 10 or 11. So I want to be, I want to have been done for a while before I lay down. And when I don't, I always notice a difference on how I feel.
