The Importance of Quality Training

There is so much satisfaction that we can get out of it, even if it's not based on results. The endorphins and sometimes it's tough though, isn't it? But I do love it. So maybe reduce a little bit the frequency of hard training sessions, maybe go from three to two during a week.
