Zendesk Product Marketing - What Kind of Research Do You Do?
Andrew Keen: I think that the process at which an incredible company like Zendesk brings product to market is just really fascinating. There are two areas that you said in particular that I'd love to dive into. If you don't mind it, the first is research. So many product marketers skip this step or at least try to skip this step by doing very lightweight research. In my mind, research is one of the most important things that the product marketer can do.
