Carbon Fiber Shoes and Naveal Stress Injuries

Carbon fiber plate bends very little and it's curved so if your carbon fiber shoe doesn't bend your foot has to bend. If the axis is different where the fulcrum is on the shoe as to where your foot wants to bend then things get stressed. The transition time from heel or midfoot to toe may be too rapid for soft tissue to adjust. Some people tear their planar fascia or get planar fasciitis or post your tubule tendon which is your arch tendon, some people's bone gets stressed in navicular stress injuries.
