i love that you brought that distinction of surviving versus thriving, and actually wanting to feel optimal. While in the r d a versus optimal, also makes me thinkof in a lot of areas of lab testing what's considered normal range is also not optimal ranged. And this seems like a pretty widespread problem. Can you talk a lttle bit more about that of like, are there some that people should just take, almost as an insurance policy, because it's so mon for people to be deficient in them? And if so, what are those sure?
