Is There a Negligible Effect of Certain Foods on Insulin?

Jesse: If somebody is fasting, and they want to include certain supplements, or certain, obviously, they're not gonna be eating during that period. Jesse: The big sort of metabolic signatures that will negate some of the fasting benefits are going to be a rise in glucose, and a rise in insulin. He says exercise can help people better understand that it really depends on the context there. Mike: I love the way that you can take these complex scientific subjects and break them down in a way that us, lay people can understand and apply to our health and wellness routine.
