I think it's recognizing that every performance conversation is a learning conversation right because if you're underperforming or not meeting your targets then the question we should be asking is why. I think people managers need to be enabled and really look out for those opportunities where when we're talking about performance is to recognize the learning opportunities that are buried in that performance conversation no one has ever seen before.
