Getting the Alignment Around Some of These Communication Expectations

i want to go back a little bit to something you mentioned around the communication expectations. i feel like thiss a great example of how we're our own worst enemies. And so tactical things like, hay, why don't we get a linement around some of these communication expectations? I feel like this is maybe the place to to start with this if you're trying to make some change from the bottom up.
