The Role of VO2 Max in FTP
There's a term that has been around for some decades called VLA max, which is so to speak, you could call it the glycolotic or anaerobic browser of the VO2 max. So your FTP is mostly generated by just those two metrics. And then there's different things that can come on top of that, especially in running economy or working on the transformational translation from energy and running speed. Then with this body composition, place a role and body weight, obviously. There's a lot of different things than on top ofthat. But for FTP, the two main regulators are basically VO2 max and VLA max.
