Creatine Supplementation Helps Women With Depression

Creatine has been shown to improve athletic performance or the size of your muscles and bodybuilders. It's also been shown at five grams a day to mitigate depression in women diagnosed with major depression. To get creatine from foods, you're looking at meat, poultry, and fish. There is very little creatine in dairy, eggs, and shellfish.
