There's actually not much difference whether people train more frequently in a week or less frequently. You can do once or twice a week and do more like strength training, like three to five sets. Or if you want to do it like four times a week, then maybe that's due do two sets each time. But i i generally see, especially when we're working on like, sidepitror positions that quite intense, most people get better progress working it less frequentlyy o,. And well, run the frequency thing ithing, that's what makes this form of fexfild's training so desirable, is when it's quite measurable.
